This is my very yolo’ed Notion-based website! Its objective is to give you a sense of who I am and what i’m about: mostly professionally, with a dash of personal.

👩🏻💻 What I do
I work in crypto. I have strong conviction that blockchains will underpin much of the world’s digital & economic infrastructure in the coming years, and I want to leave my mark in building that infrastructure and educating others on the topic.
I can’t fathom not working in crypto in this day and age.
Currently, my main focus is leading the Eco Foundation. Eco makes stablecoins easier to use onchain. Learn more at eco.com.
Previously, I spent a number of years in the finance industry — in banking, fintech, and venture capital.

Bizarre rituals of mine
Places
I've lived: Vancouver, NYC, Toronto, Montreal. Hohhot, China for a couple months once.
I've visited: A lot. I'm bad at sitting still. Country count in the 50’s, I think. When Keith and I decided to leave NYC, we quit our jobs and backpacked for eight months. We wrote about it here.
Languages
French — I did French Immersion K-12. And, today, I’m doing my best to speak French to my one-year-old so she picks it up through osmosis. We’ll see how that goes.
Mandarin — I studied it for six years, starting in university. I'm far from fluent, but can proudly crush “童话“ start-to-finish at karaoke.
SQL (rusty)
Python, sorta
Board Games
I'm a moderate board game nerd. Not quite Gloomhaven-level, but close.
Favourites include: Avalon, Parks, Werewolves, Scythe, Between Two Castles, Codenames, Boggle, Taboo, Tichu, Stack It (which my husband invented), Bowerbirds (husband also invented), Blood on the Clocktower

My newbie-to-full-time crypto story:
It's happening: I’m going full-time Web3 Over the past year, I’ve built conviction around the space in a big way. I can’t sit on the sidelines. Today is my last day at Vanedge A bit about my journey 👇
